In the introduction section (first two papers): fix reference numbers.
In the results section: Check sentences under graphs and fix the grammar if it does not make sense.
In the experimental section: change all sentences from present to past in a scientific way ( experiments performed in the past).
In the summary section: there is one reference directly after the sentence- re-type it in ACS style like the rest of the reference in the last page. Also, in this section write a few sentences about The future of metal-based combination drugs.
Remove the two lines in the begin and end of the reference page.
Lastly, check if the whole report achieved all requirement inthe Checklist page ( if not, please fix it and and highlight it).

Describe how my ability and background can contribute to the success in this master’s program (based on my personal background document)

I’d like to apply for the Master’s program in Bioinformatics.
However, my undergraduate majors were: Bachelor of Science: Food Science & Bachelor of Science: Nutritional Science, which means I change my major target from food science to Bioinformatics. I need a 500-word brainstrom to find the reason why I change my future study and career plan to bioinformatics.
Please read my “resume” and “personal background”carefully and also review the university websites. Focus on my previous experience and reflections. And focus on the following aspect:

Provide a reference paper in the work you turn in so i know you were looking at an appropriate paper to base your write up on.

Writing Assignment:
1) Write an Experimental Procedures on you protein purification and gel analysis (Labs 1 and 2).
Model your writing after the Experimental Procedures section of a peer-reviewed, primary
literature article. I recommend using the Journal of Biological Chemistry (JBC) as a source to
find a paper that describes protein purification and analysis by SDS-Page. You will notice that
you do not need to provide every single detail, but enough information that a trained biochemist
could reproduce the experiment in his/her lab in this section. Provide a reference paper in the
work you turn in so I know you were looking at an appropriate paper to base your write up on.
This paper does not have to be exactly like what you are doing; you will not find a paper detailed
MBP affinity chromatography of alkaline phosphatase. Any JBC paper that talks about protein
purification and has a picture of a stained gel is sufficient. Highlight the section of the
Experimental Procedures that you used as a guide for your writing on the paper you turn in.
2) Create a journal-quality image of your gels. This means your figure should be appropriately
cropped, labelled, and presented in a way that you would see in a journal. Your figure should
also include a title and detailed figure legend. Again, use your reference paper as a guide for
the level of detail this should include.
3) Write a Results section, again in the format of a JBC paper. If you look at most JBC papers,
there are subheadings within the results section that relate to standalone parts of data. Imagine
you are writing a full paper on characterizing mutants of alkaline phosphatase. One of the
subheadings in such a paper would be for example “Purification of MBP-tagged mutants”.
For this assignment, you need to write a Results section with the appropriate subheadings
pertaining to the experiments performed. This section should be 1-3 paragraphs. Make sure that
your text in this section refers to your figure from part 2 and that you describe your results.

Learning Goal: I’m working on a biochemistry presentation and need a reference to help me learn.This is a research paper. Everything would be in the document like the references so I would need to use the same resources in the document. They are looking for just some fix in the paper would list under the note part. Note: Just read through your paper and I have a concern, large sections read as if you have copied sentences directly from articles. This is particularly noticeable when the word ‘we’ or ‘our’ appears – you didn’t do this work.
