Prior to beginning work on this assignment, read the How to Present to Senior Executives (Links to an external site.) Article, review all your work during the past four weeks (Attached DOC files), and review the guidelines of the Technological Strategy and Tactical Business Proposal. For this assignment, you will create a PowerPoint presentation in which you summarize your proposal and present it using Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation audio recording.
Create a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation that includes the following:
An introduction to your proposal describing the business problem (My business choice is E-commerce)
A summary of your project plan (i.e., project charter, values, costs and resources, and risk analysis.)
A financial analysis of the proposed plan (i.e., business strategy, funding, and financial feasibility).
A high-level description of the government regulations and laws associated with the project and issues related to intellectual property, asset protection, privacy protection, and ethical conduct.
Keep in mind that the goal is to persuade others that this program is both necessary and creative. Regardless of the mode in which you create your presentation, eye-catching visuals can be very powerful. You are encouraged to be creative and choose images you feel help to highlight the positive aspects of your proposed program.
After you have created your PowerPoint, you will create an audio narration of your PowerPoint presentation of up to five minutes in length. It is highly recommended that you create a script and/or speaker’s notes for your PowerPoint to ensure that your audio duration will meet the time requirements. This will also allow you to practice your presentation prior to recording it. Submit your narrated slide deck to Waypoint for grading.
